Union County Solar Farm
American Timber and Steel provided field posts for the Union County Solar Farm in Central Ohio to provide a barrier around a new solar energy facility that features solar panels affixed to solar trackers. The site has a capacity of 325 MW PV. In the community, the solar project represents an estimated $320M investment that will create more than 300 local jobs at construction and an estimated 12 to 14 jobs during operation. The Union County Solar Farm is a key project in a portfolio of solar farms being developed between ACCIONA and Tenaska.
